Addressing the issue, the Center has now stated that the AD rate for all employees who retired between January 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020 will be 21%. For employees who retired between July 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020, the DA rate is 24%. For employees retired between January 1, 2021 and June 30, 20201, the DA rate is 28%. From now on, the calculation of the gratuity and the amount of the vacation collection for these employees will be based on the revised rates.
